Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirmation. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used knives or sharpened blades.
